Patrick Kolb holds an MA and a PhD in finance from the University of Zurich. He started his career with Credit Suisse Asset Management in 2005 where he is a fund manager and uses the GARP (Growth at a Reasonable Price) investment process to manage the Credit Suisse Equity (lux) Global Security Fund. Patrick has been a fund manager for over four years. Outside of fund management he enjoys playing the guitar and reading financial literature.


This Equity Fund is actively managed aiming to outperform the return of the MSCI World (NR) benchmark. The portfolio and the performance of the Fund can deviate from the benchmark. The Fund invests mainly in equities and equity-type securities. Investments in equities and equity-type securities of issuers engaged in the global security industry will account for a larger proportion than investments in equities and equity-type securities of other issuers.
