Martin Lueck

Martin Lueck is the co-founder of Aspect. As research director, Lueck oversees the research team responsible for generating and analysing fundamental research for development of investment programmes. Lueck chairs Aspect’s investment management committee and is a member of the risk management committee. Prior to founding Aspect, Lueck was with Adam, Harding and Lueck Limited (AHL), which he co-founded in February 1987. Man Group completed the purchase of AHL in 1994 and Lueck left in 1996. Lueck was previously director of research at Brockham Securities Limited, a London-based commodity trading advisor, and an executive in the Japanese equity sales department of Nomura International. Lueck serves on the Board of the National Futures Association. He holds an M.A. in physics from Oxford University and currently serves as Chair of the Oxford Physics Development Board.

Anthony Todd

Anthony Todd co-founded Aspect in September 1997 and is its chief executive officer. He chairs Aspect’s executive board, which determines overall corporate and strategic direction, chairs the risk management committee and is a member of the investment management committee. Before establishing Aspect, Todd worked for five years at Adam, Harding and Lueck Limited (AHL), initially as director of financial engineering and product development, before moving to Switzerland as director of marketing and institutional sales. Prior to this, he was a strategy consultant at Mars & Co. Todd holds a B.A. in physics from Oxford University and an M.B.A. from INSEAD in France.


The investment objective of the Fund is to aim to achieve capital appreciation while closely controlling risk. In order to achieve its investment objective, the Fund provides investors with exposure to the performance of the Aspect Diversified Programme through investment in FDI and in transferable securities in the form of SFIs. The Fund will not invest more than 30% of its Net Asset Value in SFIs. Any assets not required to obtain exposure to the Programme, shall be invested in cash and cash equivalents.
